Hello, healthy vibrant glow! This smoothie uses our Glow Tea as base for this smoothie recipe. Packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin A- all well known for healthy skin.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Glow Tea, prepared
- 2 tbsp. of tea to 2 cups of water with a 5 minute steep time - ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen banana
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and combine well!
- 2.) Spilt between two glasses or store one serving in the refrigerator for meal prep.
