Breakfast. It’s the most important meal and one the keys to having a great day! However, it can be a challenge fitting in a meal that is healthy, delicious, and easily prepared. All while getting the kids out the door for school and making sure you’re ready to tackle your day head-on. In today’s post, we are sharing a breakfast meal idea that you can do to help refuel your body in a flash.
Ingredients
- ½ tsp. of Avazera’s organic Chlorella, Moringa, and Spirulina
- 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread or your bread of preference, lightly toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice
- 1 tsp. of olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- Pinch of salt and pepper
TOP
- Tomatoes
- Spinach
- Hemp Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Roasted vegetables
- Your favourite source of protein
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) Cut the avocado in half and scoop it out in a bowl
- 2.) Add in the rest of the ingredients and mash them together with a fork.
- 3.) Spread the mixture onto lightly toasted bread.
- 4.) Add your favourite toppings!
