Supercharged Avocado Toast

Breakfast. It’s the most important meal and one the keys to having a great day! However, it can be a challenge fitting in a meal that is healthy, delicious, and easily prepared. All while getting the kids out the door for school and making sure you’re ready to tackle your day head-on. In today’s post, we are sharing a breakfast meal idea that you can do to help refuel your body in a flash.  


  • ½ tsp. of Avazera’s organic Chlorella, Moringa, and Spirulina
  • 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread or your bread of preference, lightly toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Tomatoes 
  • Spinach 
  • Hemp Seeds 
  • Chia Seeds 
  • Roasted vegetables 
  • Your favourite source of protein


  • 1.) Cut the avocado in half and scoop it out in a bowl
  • 2.) Add in the rest of the ingredients and mash them together with a fork. 
  • 3.) Spread the mixture onto lightly toasted bread.
  • 4.) Add your favourite toppings!
